Do we have to apply for sewer & water impact permits?

Water & Sewer Impact Fees are one time fees reimbursed by the user to Seller via an existing Impact Fee Credit agreement between Weyerhaeuser NR Company & St. Tammany Parish.  These one time fees are assessed at the same standard St. Tammany Parish published rate and shall be paid at closing.  Traffic & Drainage impact fees per St. Tammany Parish shall be paid to seller at closing.

Do we have to perform traffic impact studies?

No that has already been taken care of.

After purchasing the land and plans are reviewed and approved by Weyerhaeuser NR Company what is required next?

Apply for your St. Tammany Parish building permit and start construction.
