Apartment Tract
It is 16.911 acres and the site is already approved by the Parish for 210 apartment units. All utility services will be brought to the site. The only thing the purchaser will need to do once they close on the site, after their plans are approved by Weyerhaeuser NR Company, is apply for their building permit with the parish. Retail Tract
The Tamanend Town Center provides a unique opportunity for retail / office developers that wish to solidity a strong position in central St. Tammany Parish.
